No matter what your budget is Del Rio Yachts can host your special event aboard a private yacht.  We have the best selection of yachts and boats to accommodate whatever your dreams are.

When it comes to planning your event there are a few factors to consider that affect prices.

The Length Of Your Cruise:

Most cruises are usually 4 hours long.  We can also accommodate you with a 2, 3, 4, 5, or 6 hour cruise if needed.  We will advise you on how long of a cruise you will need factoring what’s the event you’re planning on having and how much details are involved.  For example a corporate cocktail reception cruise can be accomplished in 3 hours.  A wedding with a cocktail hour, sit down dinner, champagne toast and all other formalities involved in a wedding would probably need 5 hours.

Type Of Menu Selected:

The menu selection plays a big part on pricing.  There are so many options that can accommodate any budget.  We can provide you with a simple menu during a lunch cruise which consists of sandwiches or we can go more lavishly with a dinner cruise which consists of a cocktail hour, full dinner, dessert, and full open bar for all your guests.  We can provide kosher meals upon request.  If there is a specific ethnic meal that is required we can have our chefs custom design a menu for you.

How Many Guests Invited:

Your guest count affects the pricing as well.  If you’re planning on having a private cruise for two guests we can accommodate you with a smaller yacht in which the two guest will be comfortable on board while being wined and dined.  If your guest count is in the hundreds we can still accommodate you on a vessel that will be comfortable for all your guests.  This will require a larger private yacht with more staff on board to make sure your event is executed as you wish.

Extras:
You may want to rock the night away with a DJ that can have all your guests dancing all night long.  Maybe a 3 piece jazz band is more of your interest.  Del Rio Yachts can accommodate you with any form of entertainment you have in mind.

Del Rio Yachts also offers floral arrangements for any type of event.  We can provide a simple centerpiece for the dinning room tables or provide a full wedding package which can include centerpieces, bouquets, etc
